Terms of Service & Disclosure Agreement: Salwet System
1. Nature of Service: Strategic Advocacy vs. Clinical Practice Salwet System (hereafter "the Consultant") provides structural strategy, patient advocacy, and medical tourism coordination. The Client acknowledges that Eva Luna Ortiz Sálwet is a Systems Architect, not a licensed dentist, orthodontist, or medical doctor.
The Service: Includes architectural mapping of the bite, myo-functional guidance, and logistical coordination for dental tourism in Buenos Aires.
The Limit: The Consultant does not perform dental procedures, diagnose medical pathology, or prescribe medication. All "in-mouth" clinical work is performed exclusively by independent, licensed dental practitioners in Argentina.
2. Informed Consent & Non-Professional Status By engaging with this service, the Client explicitly consents to receive advice from a non-medical professional.
Expertise Disclosure: Client acknowledges that the Consultant’s expertise is derived from personal experiential success, intensive independent research, and the synthesis of biomechanical principles, rather than formal medical schooling.
Final Decision Power: All advice provided by the Consultant is for informational and strategic purposes. The Client retains 100% of the decision-making power and responsibility. The Client is encouraged to cross-reference all Sálwet strategies with their primary healthcare provider before proceeding.
3. Arbitrage & Third-Party Clinical Liability Sálwet Systems acts as a curated bridge (arbitrage) between international clients and Argentine dental clinics.
Independent Contractors: The dentists and clinics recommended are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Sálwet Systems.
Liability Release: The Consultant is not liable for clinical outcomes, surgical complications, or professional malpractice occurring within third-party clinics. Any medical grievances must be addressed directly with the performing licensed practitioner under Argentine law.
4. Fees, Refunds, and Financial Risks
Advocacy Fee: The $147 USD fee covers the strategic consultation and ongoing advocacy access. This fee is for the Consultant's time and intellectual property and is non-refundable once the Zoom session has commenced.
The "Cash" Protocol: Client acknowledges that the $9,500 flat-rate restoration price is a cash-basis estimate. Salwet System is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates, bank fees, or the risks associated with the Client’s chosen method of fund transport (Cash, Crypto, or Western Union).
5. Assumption of Risk (Medical Tourism) The Client acknowledges the inherent risks of "Dental Tourism," including travel-related stress and the logistical challenges of follow-up care once the Client leaves Argentina. Sálwet Systems provides coordination to minimize these risks but does not guarantee specific biological results, as human healing and biomechanical adaptation vary by individual.
6. Intellectual Property The "Sálwet Framework," including the strategic roadmaps and proprietary coordination protocols, is the intellectual property of Eva Luna Ortiz Sálwet. Unauthorized distribution of these materials is prohibited.
7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the advocacy or coordination services provided by Sálwet Systems shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Consultant resides (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and shall be resolved through good-faith mediation before pursuing further legal action.
