Refund & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest level of advocacy and coordination, Sálwet Systems maintains the following policy regarding the $147 USD Strategic Consultation & Advocacy Fee:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your Zoom consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost up to 12 hours before the appointment.
No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the $147 fee is non-refundable, as it covers the preparation time and blocked schedule of the Consultant.
Clinical Fees: Please note that this policy applies only to the Salwet Advocacy Fee. All fees paid directly to third-party dental clinics in Argentina are subject to the specific refund policies of those individual clinics.
